This retreat is an invitation to start the journey to expand your life to its maximum potential and deep presence, to remember your beauty, to learn how to use your gifts, to become aware of your true power in love and compassion.

We will walk the seven directions of the 'chacana' discovering its meanings and teachings. East, West, North, South, Above, Below and the center. The mind, the body, the emotions, the spirit, the inner mother, the inner father and the everlasting presence within. Through this journey you will also learn how to recognize and love the masks that you have created so that a deep relaxation can happen, and from there, the start of a new blooming into being you!

Imagine yourself in a valley in the middle of the Andes mountains being guided into a journey of awakening and deep healing. A journey that includes care of every human dimension; the body, the emotions, the mind and the spirit!

There is nothing more powerful than a circle of humans who own their worth and beauty having a common goal together!!

Astrid is a spiritual teacher, medicine woman, author and musician from Chile who has been guiding awakening retreats, trainings, seminars, individual sessions and concerts all over the world for more than 15 years. Her devotional work supports the awakening of people into their true empowered manifestation.
This particular retreat is her sacred way to share the power of the land where she grew up and support your awakening at the same time!
