We will walk the seven directions of the 'chacana' discovering its meanings and teachings. East, West, North, South, Above, Below and the center. The mind, the body, the emotions, the spirit, the inner mother, the inner father and the everlasting presence within. Through this journey you will also learn how to recognize and love the masks that you have created so that a deep relaxation can happen, and from there, the start of a new blooming into being you!
